Q: Who can ask for replacement of referrals with 0 clicks?
A: All purchases of the 500 referrals pack and all purchases of referrals packs of 100 and above, purchased at September 01, 2009 or any later date.
Q: When can I ask for replacement of referrals with 0 clicks?
A: Seven days after your referrals were added to your account downline, you can ask for replacement of those who show with 0 clicks on your stats page. Please don't ask this earlier but don't wait too long either; bux.to wants you to get the best possible return from your purchase.
Q: How do I ask for replacement of my inactive (0 clicks) referrals I have in such a pack?
A: Please open a ticket and give us the information listed below (the easiest method to not forget anything is to copy this list in your ticket and fill it in) :

*Transaction(s) ID/Order number:
*Date of purchase:
*Which type of refs package:
*How many zero clickers you have:
*List all the usernames of the zero clickers:
*Please add to this screenshots of your purchase invoice and of your referral lists where we can see those with 0 clicks in your stats.
Q: How do I get a screenshot like you ask to put in my ticket?
A: To get a screenshot is a very easy procedure once you know how it works:
* Open the page/email you want to take the picture from
* Press the print screen button on your keyboard (Prt Scr)
* Open Paint or any other picture/drawing program you have
* click there on "paste". Eventually you will have to create first a "new empty" file, that depends on your software
* Select the part of the picture you want to have and crop to selection
* attach your picture to your reply.
You can also install an extension on your browser to take screenshots and next save them in your Picture software.
Q: Which type of attachments are accepted?
A: Ticket software accepts JPG and JPEG, maximum size 3MB. You can also upload your screenhot at a free service like photobucket.com and post the link to your image in your reply.
