Article Q: I ordered my bux.to card and paid for it. When do I get my card and the $10 and 5 referrals offered by bux.to as part of this purchase?
A: After you ordered your card the following procedure starts:

* Payoneer will confirm to you the approval of your Card application.
* Within a month after approval Payoneer sends your Card to your address.
* When you have your Card: Please activate it at your Payoneer account.
* When your Card is activated, please update your bux.to Profile: Replace your AlertPay adress for Payments with yourbuxtoname@buxcard.net for us to be able to pay your Cashout Requests to YourBuxCard
* Weekly, once a week, Payoneer sends us the lists with newly activated cards.
* As soon as your name appears on that Payoneer list we can transfer the $10 to your Card account and you will also receive the 5 referrals in your downline.

Q: I ordered my bux.to card while it was only available for Premium members and didn't get it yet. When do I get my card?
A: If you ordered your Card while it was only available for Premium members, the following procedure started after you ordered your Card:

* Payoneer confirmed to you the approval of your Card application.
* You have updated your Profile Page at your bux.to account with replacing your AlertPay address for Payments with yourbuxtoname@buxcard.net.
* As soon as your cashout request is ready to be send, Payoneer will be informed and will release your card to post it to your address.
* Your Card will arrive at your address depending your location and postal service.
* You can then activate your Card at your Payoneer account and have your funds ready for you to retrieve at any ATM, shop or online service where MasterCard is accepted.
