Payoneer blocked my account due to inactivity while I'm waiting for my payment. I opened a ticket at Payoneer support and received this reply : "Your Payoneer account has been closed because of an extended period of inactivity. The card in your possession has been blocked and cannot be unblocked, but the account can be reopened if your activity with Bux.to resumes. If you expect to receive payouts from Bux.to please contact us when a payment is ready to load, and we will issue a new card for you for the usual replacement fee of $9.95." What to do? Must I pay for a new card?
A:
No, you dont have to pay anything; bux.to will solve this for you. Please open a ticket in department account support with subject: Card problem.
In the text body write: To Supervisor
and give the following information (to not forget anything we need to solve this for you, copy this list and paste it in your ticket)
Your bux.to username:
When was your Card blocked:
ID of your Payoneer support ticket:
When did you contact Payoneer:
Email address in your bux.to account Profile:
Reply received from Payoneer (please quote in full):

Can you also help with other problems I have with my Payoneer account? Or if for example my account is blocked for any other reason than the one mentioned in the Payoneer support reply quoted here?

No. For all other problems you need to contact the support desk of Payoneer.
